1. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences on 1 July 2026 and ends on 31 December 2026, 11:59pm HKT (the “Promotion Period”), unless extended, shortened, suspended, or cancelled by Air Corporate and/or Airwallex in accordance with these Terms.

Customers must purchase their Hong Kong company incorporation package from Air Corporate during the Promotion Period in order to be considered for the Promotion.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an eligible customer (an “Eligible Customer”) if:

• You are a valid customer of Air Corporate;
• You purchase an eligible Hong Kong company incorporation package from Air Corporate during the Promotion Period;
• You are a company incorporated in Hong Kong with a valid business registration certificate;
• At the time of enrolment in the Promotion, you are not an existing customer of Airwallex and/or its affiliates and have not previously used Airwallex’s services;
• Your Airwallex account application is submitted on your behalf by Air Corporate, through the designated route;
• You successfully complete Airwallex onboarding, including all requirements set by Airwallex, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requests; and
• You comply with these Terms and any applicable customer agreements with Air Corporate and Airwallex.

Air Corporate and Airwallex reserve the right to refuse any person’s participation in the Promotion for any reason and without prior notice, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. What is the Promotion?

3.1 Expert Package Upgrade

Air Corporate and Airwallex will sponsor ten (10) eligible founders each calendar month with a free upgrade from the qualifying incorporation package to Air Corporate’s fully managed Expert Package.

The value of the free upgrade is USD335 in savings on Hong Kong company set up.

The Expert Package Upgrade component is available on a first-come, first-served basis each calendar month, based on Air Corporate’s determination of eligibility and successful completion of the applicable requirements.

3.2 Airwallex 12% cash rebate

Eligible Customers may also be entitled to earn 12% cash rebate on eligible Airwallex card transactions, subject at all times to the separate Airwallex terms located here: Airwallex 12% Cash Rebate Terms.

The cash rebate promotion is governed by Airwallex’s separate promotional terms, including its eligibility criteria, cash rebate period, monthly transaction cap, excluded transactions and merchant categories, payment timing, good-standing requirements, and all other conditions stated in those terms.

5. How the Expert Package Upgrade is applied

If you qualify for the Expert Package Upgrade component, the upgrade will be applied by Air Corporate to your eligible incorporation package. The upgrade is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred to another customer or account, and cannot be exchanged for any other product, service, discount, or rebate unless Air Corporate expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

If you do not satisfy the eligibility criteria, including but not limited to KYC requirements, designated Air Corporate onboarding route, or otherwise cease to qualify for the Promotion, Air Corporate and Airwallex may withdraw or decline the upgrade component.

6. Other restrictions

The Promotion is not available in conjunction with other offers, discounts, packages, rebates, or promotions offered by Air Corporate or Airwallex, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Eligibility for the Promotion, including whether a customer, transaction, or account qualifies, is determined by Air Corporate and/or Airwallex in their sole and absolute discretion, acting reasonably where required by law.

Any cancelled, reversed, refunded, suspended, frozen, unauthorised, fraudulent, unlawful, unsupported, or otherwise ineligible transaction or activity will not qualify for the Promotion. Any cash rebate or benefit already applied may be reversed or debited without prior notice where fraud, abuse, reversal, cancellation, chargeback, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms has occurred.

Neither Air Corporate nor Airwallex is liable to determine the eligibility of any transaction before it is made.

You will not be entitled to receive any cash rebate if your Airwallex account is closed, suspended, terminated, or not in good standing before the cash rebate is credited.

7. Termination and changes

Air Corporate and Airwallex reserve the right, at any time and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, suspend, shorten, extend, amend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms, or any part of them.

Participation in the Promotion is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time if Air Corporate or Airwallex suspects fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, misuse of the Promotion, breach of these Terms, or breach of any applicable customer agreements or policies.

Any suspension, discontinuation, or amendment of the Promotion will not affect any cash rebate or benefit already validly earned in accordance with the applicable terms prior to the effective date of the change, unless reversal is otherwise permitted under those terms.

8. Privacy and data sharing

By participating in the Promotion, you consent to Air Corporate and Airwallex collecting, using, processing, and sharing your personal information and business information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and all related operational, compliance, onboarding, and promotional activities, in accordance with their applicable privacy policies.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
